Eel Day

Despite various weather conditions our 2019 Eel Parade was the longest ever and our arena acts performed regardless throughout the day. Let's see if we can top it 2021 with the Eel Parade to beat all Parades. With our brand new events team, we are 100% sure we can deliver that to you, so keep your eyes peeled for information!

Food & Drink Festival

We all just loved our 2019 line up! As we sadly had to postpone our 2020 event, keep a look out for our line up for 2021 ! It's going to be bigger and better than ever.

Eel Food Safari - Have a try!

Once again we had some varied, eel related treats for you and our eateries did not let us down with their creativeness. Keep a look out for all our 'Eel' and 'VE Day' inspired dishes to tempt you during our next Festival!

World Eel Throwing Competition

Well done Shaun for an impressive throw of 14.8m this year. However, Simon still regiens champion with that fantastic throw of 17.7m back in 2013. You now have plenty of time to to practice to see if you can be named World Eel Throwing Champion for our next Festival, date to be advised.
