Daniel Perjesi, Head Chef at Poets House Hotel, Ely

Keeping with the fish element of our festival, Head Chef Daniel, has created a special menu using zander, a fish similar to a pike that you may be unfamiliar with.  Dishes such as these can be found at Poets House Hotel’s formal restaurant along with a selection of lighter lunches and afternoon teas served in the ‘The Study’ lounge.  Daniel’s menus focus on both traditional and modern British dishes and we are looking forward to seeing his creations.
