Join The Hungry Roundhead, aka local food historian Nora Gardner, and hear the origins of many of our traditional recipes and discover how they have evolved to the modern versions we know today. As eels were an important part of Ely's history, we are delighted that Nora will be using this versatile fish in one of her dishes - well we are at Ely's Eel Festival Weekend!
